For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I irrevocably grant to Ben Horton Photography, and to its clients, licensees, successors, assigns, and those acting with its permission (together, the "Photographer"), the unlimited right to use, re-use, reproduce, edit, alter, publish, exhibit, distribute, and sell photographs, video, and other recordings of me (or, if I am signing as a parent or legal guardian, of the minor named in this release), in whole or in part, alone or with other material, in any and all media now known or later developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

This permission covers any lawful purpose, including advertising, trade, commercial, editorial, promotional, portfolio, exhibition, and fine-art print sales, and includes the right to alter or composite the images and to combine them with any wording or other images.

The Photographer has the right to grant his clients the unrestricted right to sublicense, distribute, provide and authorize use of the Images to third parties in connection with destination marketing, tourism promotion, advertising, public relations, trade, editorial, educational and commercial purposes.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or the uses to which they may be applied. I acknowledge that the copyright in all images is and remains the exclusive property of Ben Horton Photography.

I release and hold harmless the Photographer from any claim arising out of the use of the images, including any claim for libel, defamation, or invasion of privacy or publicity. I have read this release and understand its contents.

If the model is under 18 years of age, I am the parent or legal guardian named in this release, I have full legal authority to sign on the minor’s behalf, and I agree to every term above on behalf of the minor and myself.
